Added New Text Area Editor to the Site!

The site got a new text area editor! The editor will be available during commenting and/or posting content to the site (see below). At the moment, the editor is available for both registered and unregistered users. Registered users however will have more options available to them.

Option for Attaching file

Hi ,
I feel it would have been better if user will have the option to attach any file.

Some times we need to share the whole process and for that we can share some important document on the same.
