New Menu Link for Registered Users

I have added a "Recent posts" menu link to the left navigation menu. This is available only for registered users, so you need to login to be able to see it. The "Recent posts" link has one purpose and that is to give you the ability to quickly and easily locate all new activities on the site.
The link will open a page that will list all new and updated posts as well as any new comments that you have not read yet!
Play around with it and let me know what you think? I hope you find it useful.
