when a employee is applying for a leave but the approver is trying to approve the request but it is not geting approved what might be the possibility of problem and the employee applies leave on satisfying every condition.

What you are getting when the approver tries to approve? are you getting any error?
or
What you are seeing when you click approve button?
Can be a prob with event/approve button logic. So we need to figure out where it broken first. then we need to look for a solution.
