Help reqd on AWE

Hello Compshack!

I need your help urgently with this, am in the middle of setting up notifications for a custom component using the Approval Workflow Engine. I have setup the details of the transaction under Setup HRMS > Common Defns > Approvals, and added code calling the DoSubmit() in SavePostChange of the component.

The worklist/mail notifications had been set to trigger on 'Process Launch' event on submission of the transaction, however nothing was happening when the submit button was clicked. When I checked the cross reference table, I found a row to be added when I made a transaction but the values pertaining to the transaction(header record keys) were not updated. Also, for subsequent transactions, no rows are getting added.

I am unable to find the exact spot in the Appln package where the cross reference table is getting insert/updated, please help me with this. I am not really sure what is going wrong, any inputs/tips on how to go about would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

I guess this is happening because my transaction is not getting inserted in the worklist record PS_PTAFAW_WL record, also I couldn't find any rows updated in the workflow table PSWORKLIST for my custom transaction.

Is anything required on my part to update this information? please help....i'm totally stuck on this! :(

I am also facing this issue.
No row is getting added in the cross reference record?
Can you please let me know what was your work around.
