Issue linking to Excel 2007 from PS HRMS 8.8

Since our campus has upgarded to the Office 2007 suite, we have not been able to run our queries from PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 to Excel 2007. Does anyone know where to change the path so the new version executable can be found by the application?

I think this is related to the local machine setup (when one tries to open the excel sheet instead of saving it). You can even use a browser to open the excel file. And as for as the folder for excel.exe, it's now under Office12 inside the Microsoft Office under Program Files of My Computer.
