Mutliple Values For Prompts in PS Query

I'm trying to build an 'In list' prompt HRS_PERSON_ID so that users can enter multiple HRS_PERSON_ID separated by a comma. is this possible in a PS query

Try this expression
(:3 = '%'
OR (0 <> INSTR(',' || :3 || ',' , ',' || RTRIM( A.DEPTID) || ',')))

Your prompt field should be a description field that can hold more characters.
User can enter the prompt values separated by commas.

% will work when user did not enter any value in the prompt
