PeopleSoft 9.0 BOE

We have just upgraded from PeopleSoft 8.8 SP1 to 9.0 in the test environment and facing a strange issue. Whenever we run any crystal report of BOEXI from the process scheduler and send it directly to the printer, it prints the report plus several page of junk chars. Reports sent to pdf, files and other output destinations are all working fine. SQRS are working fine.
If you have a solution please let me know. Our upgrade has come to a stand still because of this. emailid
