When is RowsetCache used? In what kind of scenarios it will be useful?

Ashar, besides what Peoplebooks says about RowsetCache I can't say more. It is a relatively new function and don't have much exposure to it yet. I would do a "find in" and try to see where and how PeopleSoft uses it in their delivered code!
