SendMail() or MCFOutBoundEmail which is better? and Sensitivity set to PRIVATE

hey,
i got this project i need to do that requires emails sent to have "sensitivity:private" I can't seem to find any on the internet about sending mails with that kind of setup. Does anyone have any idea how to go about it? I know PT_MCF_MAIL is like the standard app package to be used for sending emails.
Also, in the process of looking for an answer I came about the MCFOutBoundEmail function. Which one would you recommend, SendMail or MCFOutBoundEmail ?
