STRINGS_TBL values to be displaye through SQL onto XML report from app engine

How do i ge values for specific field in Strig table to be displayed on .rtf file through XML publisher report.

select * from ps_strings_tbl where program_id = 'SIR' .

In String_id i have address1,address2,city,postal,phone..etc for which values are in String_text xyz,abc,NY,11001,222-234-5678..
Please suggest...
