Your best option is PeopleBooks. There is a complete book just for Workflow Technology.

nitin_hexa, Why not share the document you have with the rest of the community by posting it to your blog as an "article" post? You are able to attache documents to your posts and this way it will be under your blog as your article!

sorry I've been busy lately - I have increased the allowed size to 4MB! Hope this will work now :)
