Need Data Returned From Two Tables Using One of Two Prompts

Hello everyone,

I am using PSoft Query Manager (Ver 8.8xxx - Web Based.) Here is what I need to do.

I need to use a Prompt to enter the RESUME_TEXT_FILE from the PERS_APPL_INFO Table
Or...
I need to use a Prompt to enter NAME from the HRO_DASHBOARD Table.

The RESUME_TEXT_FILE contains 7 characters for each entry, it is a unique entry, and corresponds to an EMPLID in that same Table

Not all employees have a RESUME_TEXT_FILE entry in that Table. Employees who do not have the RESUME_TEXT_ENTRY simply do not appear in this Table.

How to configure security to be able to query JOB for future dated hire rows

Trying to query the JOB record for future effective dated new hires. Query Manager by default joins in record EMPLMT_SRCH_QRY and future hires do not appear in this records. Is there something that has to be done to security types? Been researching this for over a month and haven't been able to find an answer. I know there's a way. Much appreciated.

I had a question, not sure why this happens

->PeopleSoft finance was upgraded from 8.46 to 8.49. Ever since the upgrade went through, Web Query access for users has become really slow.
